OUR DELIVERY POLICY

How It Works

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Measure your openings in your houses, apartments and building.

We are NOT responsible for appliances that do not fit.  However we do try to make adjustments to see if we can get your appliances through tight spaces.  If we cannot fit the appliance through the doorways there will be a $40 Restocking Fee plus additional delivery charge.

We will give you a 30-45 minute Call & Text to let you know that we are on our way

to deliver your appliances.  Please make sure that your answer either the call or the text

within 2-3 minutes so that your deliver can be confirmed.  

 

If you miss our call or text your appliances will be returned to store and there will be a $50 delivery fee added to your account for your appliances to be re-delivered on the next available day. 

IF YOU  CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DAY A $40 RESTOCK FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE ORDER. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

All appliances also include a repair or replace agreement within the warranty period. Customers must allow our technicians to evaluate and service the appliance. If an appliance cannot be repaired by our technicians, then we will replace that item with a similar appliance of equitable value or offer a refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found.

Small appliances*** will be subject to a replace or refund warranty which does not include repair.

90 DAY MINIMUM WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Information You Need to Know

New* and Used appliances will be covered with a 90 Day warranty.

The First 30 Days includes parts and labor by our technicians. The next 60 Days your warranty becomes a limited warranty with only the labor covered. 

YOU will be responsible for parts. 

With delivery Service, New* and Used appliances will be covered with

a 30 Day full warranty which includes parts and labor by our technicians.

A 60 Day limited warranty with only labor covered by our technicians

will run consecutive to the full warranty.

 

*PICK-UPS & SELF-DELIVERY ON

NEW AND USED APPLIANCES

You will be covered by a 90 Day Limited Warranty for LABOR ONLY by our technicians. 

The Client will be responsible for parts.

 

In most cases, a manufacturer’s warranty for one year

will also be included with new appliance purchases.

**New appliances refer to any appliances that have not been previously used by any consumer.

 

***Self delivery includes transportation or relocation of any appliance by the customer

from the store or the original location of delivery.

****Small appliances include dishwashers, mini fridges, microwaves, air conditioners,

outdoor grills, hot water tanks and the like.

   *****Ice makers and specialized stove functions are not covered under any warranty.

REPAIR SERVICE POLICY

Repair services are also available outside of the warranty period

to all The Plug Appliances customers at a cost.

There will be a $85 service/diagnostic fee for all repair services not covered by a warranty.

Cost f parts will be determined by the technician; along with $35 per hour labor fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The customer is responsible for reading the information

presented on this website.  

Delivery must be secured within 5 business days of purchase.

An initial storage fee of $40 per piece on the first day and

$25 per piece a day will be accumulated

starting on the 6th day after purchases. 

All fees will need to be paid prior to taking delivery.
