WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY MY APPLIANCE AND IT DOESNT WORK?

All appliances also include a repair or replace agreement within the warranty period. Customers must allow our technicians to evaluate and service the appliance. If an appliance cannot be repaired by

our technicians, then we will replace that item with a similar appliance of equitable value or offer a refund if a

suitable replacement cannot be found.

 

Small appliances*** will be subject to a replace or refund warranty which does not include repair.
